Instructions for Requesting Funds:

Per the Bylaws, money can only be disbursed from the Treasury by check and only with a completed expense request.  The person requesting the funds is obligated to ensure all steps have been followed in a timely manner.

Requests totaling more than $100 must also be approved by an Executive Committee vote that is recorded in official minutes.

The Expense Request form is an authorization.  It does not guarantee payment.  Except in circumstances specifically authorized by the Executive Committee, payment will only be made after an invoice or receipts are provided, and will only be in the amount matching the invoice or receipt, even if the amount approved is greater than the amount invoiced.
